1. Seller Ethics

Sellers are expected to conduct business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Misrepresentation of products, counterfeit items, misleading pricing, or fraudulent practices will not be tolerated. Sellers must ensure product descriptions and images are accurate and not misleading to buyers.

2. Platform Disclaimer

We are an e-commerce aggregator providing a platform as a service. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products sold by independent sellers. In case of disputes, the responsibility lies solely with the seller or service provider.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Provide timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
• Respect customer privacy and avoid misuse of data.
• Handle returns and refunds as per policies declared to customers.

4. Adherence to Platform Processes

Sellers are required to follow processes, tools, and systems provided by the platform, including order management, shipping integration, and communication guidelines. Deviation from these processes may result in penalties or account suspension.

5. Termination of Seller Accounts

If a seller is found guilty of misconduct, fraud, repeated policy violations, or engaging in unlawful activities, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the seller account without prior notice.

6. Recovery of Onboarding & Other Costs

In the event of termination due to misconduct or breach of policy, we reserve the right to recover costs incurred in onboarding, training, marketing, or any other platform-related investments made for the seller. This may include withholding payments or legal recovery if necessary.
